L. pay, a mobile payment service provided by Lotte Group. It is widely used to pay for goods online on Lotte Cinema, Lotte Duty-Free, Lotte Hi-Mart, Lotte Department Store (including Young Plaza, Lotte Outlet, and El Lotte), Lotte Super, Lotte ON, Lotteria, Lotte World, Lotte Home Shopping, and Lotte Mart. It can be supported by Android and IOS.

Payment flow

  • Step1: Select L.pay as the payment method

  • Step2: Input your registered phone number with L.pay and date of birth

  • Step3: Confirm the payment information and select payment option in L.pay app
L. Pay confirm
  • Step 4: Complete the payment in L.pay app
