Reward Points

Citi Reward Points allows Citibank cardholders and users to pay with their accumulated reward points.

Payment flow

  • The customer selects the payment method Pay with Points and confirms the payment amount.

  • The customer is redirected to a form to enter their mobile number and the last four digits of their credit card.

  • An OTP will be sent to the provided mobile number.
  • After entering the OTP, the customer will be prompted to authorize the point deduction amount (along with their remaining balance) and confirm.
  • Upon completion, the customer will be redirected back to the website.
